Cats Emotions Research

I decided to do some research into the emotions of cats and how they are displayed through body language. This way I can animate my cat to display more realistic and obvious emotions the viewers will recognize  I found a couple of useful research images to use as reference when creating my cat sequences that displayed varying cat emotions in both the face and body-

 

I then looked at more stylized 2D animated cats to gain better understanding on the range of emphasis given to these various emotions in cartoon form-
